This website presents the Trusted PalmPay technology platform and possible deployment models. It is not a public offer, payment account, wallet service, payment instrument, deposit product, regulated payment service or promise that a specific configuration is available.
No universal performance promise
Figures such as "under 0.7 seconds" and "8-25 cm" are reference-device benchmarks. Actual accuracy, false match/reject rates, PAD/liveness performance and end-to-end latency depend on hardware, environment, enrollment quality, matching policy, network and integration.
Money-flow and regulated roles
The reference closed-loop model routes customer funds directly to a merchant bank account through an assigned virtual account while PalmPay reconciles and updates an internal ledger. Licensed activities, safeguarding, settlement, refunds, consumer protection and contractual responsibility must be allocated for each deployment.
Intellectual property
Mobile-ID names, logos, software, diagrams, text and product materials are protected. No license is granted except the limited right to view the website. Third-party names remain the property of their owners.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, probe, scrape at harmful scale, bypass controls, upload malicious content, impersonate others or submit secrets, biometric data or payment data through the contact form.
Third-party links
Links to banks, standards, laws, blogs or partner systems are provided for context. Mobile-ID does not control third-party content or availability.
Contracts prevail
A signed proposal, statement of work, architecture, data-processing terms, security schedule, acceptance criteria and SLA will prevail over this website for any commercial deployment.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided for evaluation without a warranty that every statement applies to every deployment. Mobile-ID may update content, features and these terms. Contact info@mobile-id.vn for a current controlled proposal.
Partners and public status
Bank, merchant and technology partner names, logos and statuses may be displayed only with written approval. A placeholder or integration-ready statement does not represent a commercial relationship.
