PalmPay Client is the self-service channel for customer profile, consent, merchant wallets, VA funding instructions, payment history, loyalty and credential recovery. The customer application must not expose merchant administration or raw biometric operations.
PalmPay Merchant is store-scoped. Cashiers, supervisors and managers see only their permitted locations, shifts, terminals and transaction actions. Refund, override and device operations can require step-up authentication and supervisor approval.
Merchant Portal access is invitation-based and tenant-scoped. Enterprise Owner, Business Administrator, Finance, Loyalty and Integration roles receive distinct permissions. Admin Portal is reserved for authorized platform operators and high-assurance operational roles.
Bank, POS, device, SDK and deployment partners receive sandbox or partner access only after scope, organization, named users, contracts and support responsibilities are verified. Production credentials are issued through a controlled channel, never through the public website.
Choose the relevant journey and Mobile-ID will align roles, access, integration and acceptance evidence.
